Threadlessness

The call comes to post... so I have been looking for something slightly above worthless (as all that I might post otherwise is).

I have been asking a question for some years... who am I?

The best short answer I heard was "the timeless and formless eternal one life." {Eckhart Tolle}

Still - something seemed missing.

Then I cam upon this one...

“I (as us all) am (are)

simply the ‘All that Is’

that found a way to deceive Itself

that It wasn't Itself

and simultaneously

hid Itself within Itself

such that It might (re)discover Itself

alive and individuated

within Its self-created Magick Kingdom.”

ahhh so "I" had to deceive myself to get inside my illusion? And how funny the many "I"s I find here and how even funnier that few of them even know who they are.

So I wondered... did I sin?

I consulted the list and NO!

deception is not on the list!

 

On pondering mysterious life,
And the sin and salvational strife,
One watches the play
And tries not to stray
From the bite of reality's knife.

 

The reason it seemed logical, at least when considering this from inside the matrix, that the "all that is" had to deceive itself is if "it" did not, there would be no fun in finding out... imagine, creating all and placing yourself "in" all life and... knowing all the time it was you. Sounds boring to me.

Anyways - I don't take anything literally... I look for the metaphors and the last thing I pretend to know is... anything. Even "who I am."

Its just fun to speculate.
