    ANNOUNCEMENT:

    A new level of participation is now available at InPHInet

    This level is called: USER

    USER is a mandatory level prior to becoming a MEMBER

    USER privileges include:

    1. Socializing in the shoutbox: "Cozy Pub by the Threads"

    2. Sending and Receiving Personal Messages

    USER thread privileges remain the same as GUESTS = "Read Only"

    Qualified USERS may be promoted to MEMBERS
